Who is this for?
Established founders of service and knowledge businesses with paying clients and usually a small team, who want a structured way to implement AI in operations.
Who is it not for?
Pre-revenue businesses, anyone wanting done-for-you implementation, and anyone looking for income claims or shortcuts.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The method relies on tools you already use plus general AI assistants. Where a step needs technical help, the lessons say so.
Which AI tools does it use?
The course is tool-agnostic. Prompt templates work with mainstream AI assistants, and you choose tools that meet your own data and privacy requirements.
How long does it take?
Most founders allow two to four hours per module, then run the 30-day rollout alongside normal work. It is entirely self-paced.
Are results guaranteed?
No. You measure outcomes against your own baseline. Results depend on your business, team and effort.
Is enrollment open?
Not yet. The individual price is $499 per year, billed annually, in USD. No payment is taken on this site until checkout is enabled.
What happens to my assessment answers?
Signed out, they stay in your browser's local storage and you can clear them at any time. Signed in, they are saved privately to your account so they follow you across devices.
How much does it cost?
$499 per year for one seat, in USD, billed annually. Team plans per year: 3 seats $1,197, 5 seats $1,995, 10 seats $3,490. There are no monthly plans or one-time purchases.
Do I need to pay for AI tools?
The course works with any mainstream AI assistant and requires no specific paid product. Free tiers exist with limits; any paid plan is billed by that provider, not by this program.
Is it a subscription?
Yes. Every plan is an annual subscription, billed upfront once a year. It renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of the year you've paid for. Cancelling is not a refund request: refund requests are reviewed individually, refunds are not automatic or guaranteed, and no prorated refunds are promised. There are no paid add-ons inside the course.
What does the yearly subscription include?
The core course, the specialist library, the templates and the prompt vault, including the updates added to them during your subscription year. The AI Scale Advisor's local analyzer is included. Its optional AI commentary is not live yet; it will only be included once it actually works, with published fair-usage limits.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
Not decided yet. Renewal, cancellation and failed-payment handling will be set up and tested before enrollment opens.
What does each module produce?
A tangible business artifact, such as a ranked opportunity map, a tested SOP or a weekly scorecard. Each module includes a worked example, an editable template, copyable prompts, implementation steps, a verification checklist and troubleshooting.
How current is the content?
Each module shows the date it was last reviewed. The method is deliberately tool-agnostic so it does not depend on any one product's features.
How do I get support?
A support inbox has not been set up yet. The contact page explains the current status; response times will be published when support opens.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of your paid year. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Andrea Grace LLC; refunds are not automatic or guaranteed, and no prorated refunds are promised.
