Privacy policy

Who we are

The AI Scale Academy and The AI Scale System are provided by Andrea Grace LLC. A privacy contact and mailing address will be added before launch.

Without an account (this browser only)

Assessment answers, lesson progress, notes, practice-lab summaries and implementation plans are stored in your browser's local storage. They aren't sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

With an account (your private records)

• The same learner data is also saved to your own account records, which only you can read. It is removed from this browser when you sign out or switch accounts.
• Pro and Business members' saved projects keep a version history. Coach conversations you keep, certificate evidence (lesson delivery, attempts, checkpoint passes) and your credit history are stored with your account.

Teams

If you join a Business team, team admins see the roster, roles and the status you report on assignments, plus shared initiatives you choose to contribute. They never see your private notes, projects, coach history or quiz answers. Team reports include shared initiatives only.

Email list and support requests

• Email list (only if you tick the consent box): your email, the role option you chose, the consent version and the campaign source. No emails are being sent — no email provider is connected. You can unsubscribe or change preferences at any time.
• Support requests: name, email, topic and message, stored so we can reply. Please don't include sensitive client, financial or health information.

Analytics

Only with your permission: a detailed event log stays in your browser, and our server adds one to an anonymous daily total per event name and campaign source. No page addresses, identifiers, IP-based profiles or personal details are recorded. Declining, or a Global Privacy Control signal, means nothing is recorded. No advertising trackers are used.

AI coach — current status

The workspace coach is a labelled practice version (mock). It runs inside the app and sends nothing to an AI provider. It only reads context you choose: your own projects, notes or workflow plans, size-limited.

AI coach — if real AI is switched on later (not enabled)

• Requests would go through the Lovable AI Gateway to the selected model provider. Only your question and the context you choose would be sent, with size limits.
• Lovable's “AI app context” setting can keep the full request and response for 90 days and is on by default on Pro plans. The plan is to switch it off for this project, and that must be verified before any member data is sent.
• Lovable records a summary of every AI request (status, model, credits, time) regardless of that setting; its retention is not yet confirmed.
• Model-provider retention is separate again. No zero-data-retention claim is made.
• Our own records for each AI request hold token counts and cost estimates for accounting and caps. They don't hold your message text.

Automation tools you use

ASA never connects to your automation platform or business apps. A link you save to your automation is stored as text and never opened by us. Those tools process your data under their own terms and settings.

Emails from us (future)

Account and billing emails would be service messages. Marketing emails would go only to people who consented, with one-click unsubscribe. Today nothing is sent.

Keeping and deleting data

• You can export your account data or delete your account from the Account page. Deletion needs any active subscription cancelled first.
• Deletion removes your learner data, projects and version history, coach conversations and requests, and certificate evidence.
• Some records are kept in pseudonymised form, not erased: credit history without your user ID, a revoked nameless certificate record so its ID still verifies as revoked, and AI usage/cost records without your user ID. An email you unsubscribed is kept as a one-way hash so the unsubscribe keeps working.
• Closed AI usage/cost records can only be purged after at least 400 days. This is a technical setting pending an approved retention policy, not a promise to delete at 400 days.
• Our retention is separate from Lovable's and from any model provider's.

Payments

Payments are not enabled. This policy will be updated before any payment provider is used.
