Refund and cancellation policy

• Billed upfront for one year.
• Renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• Cancel any time to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of the year you've paid for.
• Cancelling is not a refund request. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Andrea Grace LLC and are not automatic or guaranteed. No prorated refunds are promised. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal. Your access continues until the end of the year you have already paid for, and then ends. Cancelling does not by itself refund any payment.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually by Andrea Grace LLC. Refunds are not automatic or guaranteed, and no prorated or partial-year refunds are promised. Approving a refund is a separate decision from cancelling. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Send a request through the contact page from the email address on your account. Include whether you want to cancel your renewal, request a refund, or both.

Card disputes and suspected fraud

If a payment is disputed with a card issuer or flagged as possibly fraudulent, it is reviewed by a person. Access does not change automatically while that review takes place.

Fees paid to other providers

Subscriptions or usage fees you pay to automation platforms, AI tools or other apps are paid to those providers, not to ASA, and are not included in ASA membership or ASA AI credits. ASA cannot refund them.

Existing annual members

Members on an existing annual plan keep the rights that plan already gives them. Proposed future memberships are under review and not on sale.

Sales tax

Sales tax: how sales tax applies to memberships has not been determined yet. Prices shown do not include any sales tax that may apply.
