Before you choose a plan
- ASA teaches, guides, plans and tracks results. You connect, test and switch on automations in your own tools; ASA does not connect to or run them.
- Built-in features in your apps, or the spreadsheet tracker kit run by people, come first; no platform-specific automation guides are included at launch. Third-party accounts, subscriptions and usage fees are separate and not included in ASA membership or ASA AI credits.
- The tracker kit was checked with fictional data only, results you record are self-reported, and the current coach is a labelled mock — real AI coaching is not operational yet.
Paid enrollment has not opened. No payment is taken on this site, and nothing here creates a purchase, reservation or financial commitment. You can try the member program free for 14 days (no card) and choose a paid plan once it opens.

Before you enroll
Prerequisites and tool costs.
- You will need
- An established business with recurring work, access to your own operational tools (email, CRM or spreadsheets), and roughly two to four hours per module.
- AI tools
- Any mainstream general-purpose AI assistant. The course does not require a specific paid product. Many assistants offer free tiers with limits; paid plans are charged by their providers, not by this program. Check each provider's current pricing and data terms.
- Automation tools
- Built-in features of the apps you already use, or the spreadsheet tracker kit run by people, come first. Platform-specific automation guides are not included at launch. Other tools' accounts, subscriptions and usage fees are separate and not included in ASA membership or ASA AI credits.
- No coding required
- Everything uses tools you already run. Where a step may need technical help, the lesson says so.
- Results
- Educational content only. Outcomes depend on your business and effort, and are not guaranteed.
Before you choose: what ASA does and what you provide
What ASA does — and doesn't do
ASA provides education, guidance, planning and results tracking. Members connect their own tools, test their workflows and activate them in those tools. ASA does not connect, activate or run external automations.
Your tools and their costs
Use a suitable feature already available in your business apps, or the spreadsheet tracker kit run by people, when that meets the need. ASA does not provide platform-specific automation guides at launch; if you use an external automation platform, you build and test it yourself from that platform's own help pages.
Separate accounts, permissions and setup may be required. Third-party subscriptions, usage fees and limits are set by those providers and are not included in ASA membership or ASA AI credits.
Before you choose a workflow or pay a third party
Review the exact apps, required actions and current provider plan before choosing a workflow or paying a third party. A free plan is not a promise that every required app, action, account or usage volume is free. No one-click or importable automation template is supplied unless an actual tested artifact is available.
Kits, tests and results
The spreadsheet tracker kit was checked by ASA with fictional data only (template, workbook conversion, manual runbook steps and the in-browser checker); it was not checked inside any particular spreadsheet product's screens and it is not an automation. Prescribed tests are tests for the member to run, not evidence that ASA ran them. Saved test results, activation dates and outcomes are self-reported. No independent savings verification is available.
AI coaching status
ASA's current coach is a labelled mock. Real coaching remains required for the MVP and is not operational. AI suggestions need checking against the member's actual tools, policies and data. A completed specification does not establish working implementation.

Price, plainly
$499 per year for one seat, or a team plan per year for its seats. No monthly plans and no paid add-ons inside the course. Team savings are measured only against the same number of individual seats per year. Your subscription includes the year's updates to the specialist library, templates and prompt vault.
Renewal, cancellation, refunds
Billed upfront for one year. Renews automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of the year you've paid for. Cancelling is not a refund request. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Andrea Grace LLC and are not automatic or guaranteed. No prorated refunds are promised.
