This site is a pre-launch preview. Enrollment is not open and checkout is switched off, so no purchase, subscription or contract can be made here.

Who provides the service

The AI Scale Academy presents The AI Scale System, a program of Andrea Grace LLC. Contact and mailing details will be added before launch.

What membership includes

• Education, guidance, planning tools and results tracking for your own business.
• Current annual plans: Individual (1 seat) $499/year; Small Team (3 seats) $1,197/year; Growth Team (5 seats) $1,995/year; Business Team (10 seats) $3,490/year.
• Members on an existing annual plan keep the rights that plan already gives them. Proposed future memberships shown for review are not offered and create no rights.

Education, not implementation

• ASA provides education, guidance, planning and results tracking. Members connect their own tools, test their workflows and activate them in those tools. ASA does not connect, activate or run external automations.
• Course materials are educational and are not legal, financial, tax, employment or other professional advice, and not done-for-you implementation.

Suggestions, guides and tests

• Opportunity rankings and recommendations come from fixed, published rules. They are starting points, not instructions tested for your business.
• The spreadsheet tracker kit was checked by ASA with fictional data only (template, workbook conversion, manual runbook steps and the in-browser checker); it was not checked inside any particular spreadsheet product's screens and it is not an automation. Prescribed tests are tests for the member to run, not evidence that ASA ran them. Saved test results, activation dates and outcomes are self-reported. No independent savings verification is available.
• ASA's current coach is a labelled mock. Real coaching remains required for the MVP and is not operational. AI suggestions need checking against the member's actual tools, policies and data. A completed specification does not establish working implementation.

Third-party tools and charges

• Use a suitable feature already available in your business apps, or the spreadsheet tracker kit run by people, when that meets the need. ASA does not provide platform-specific automation guides at launch; if you use an external automation platform, you build and test it yourself from that platform's own help pages. Separate accounts, permissions and setup may be required. Third-party subscriptions, usage fees and limits are set by those providers and are not included in ASA membership or ASA AI credits.
• Review the exact apps, required actions and current provider plan before choosing a workflow or paying a third party. A free plan is not a promise that every required app, action, account or usage volume is free. No one-click or importable automation template is supplied unless an actual tested artifact is available.
• You are responsible for the tools you choose, their terms and permissions, and any fees they charge. ASA cannot refund money paid to another provider.

Your data and permissions

• Only enter information you have the right to use. Don't enter passwords, API keys, webhook addresses or confidential client data.
• If you belong to a team, team admins can see your role and the status you report on assignments — never your private notes, projects, coach history or quiz answers.

Results

Outcomes depend on your business and effort. Andrea Grace LLC makes no guarantee of time savings, revenue or other results. Figures you record are self-reported and are not independently verified.

Certificates

Core Program certificates are academy-issued certificates of completion. They are not accredited, proctored or identity-verified.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

• Billed upfront for one year.
• Renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• Cancel any time to stop the next renewal; access continues until the end of the year you've paid for.
• Cancelling is not a refund request. Refund requests are reviewed individually by Andrea Grace LLC and are not automatic or guaranteed. No prorated refunds are promised. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
